Abinda Rubutu ya ƙunsa:

1. Cikakken bayani akan amfani da Ɗanɗano da ƙanshi irin na farfesun kaji.

2. Muhimmancin Ɗanɗano da ƙanshi irin na farfesun kaji ga lafiyar jiki da kuma kasuwa.

3. Yadda ake samar da wannan Ɗandano.

4. Amfanukan Ɗanɗano da ƙanshi irin na farfesun kaji.

1. CIKAKKEN BAYANI AKAN AMFANI DA ƊANƊANO DA KANSHI IRIN NA FARFESUN KAJI


Flavour na nufin yin wani azancin samarda wata gamayyar ta ɗanɗano (teste), kanshi (Smell) da kuma yanayi acikin baki (texture). Hakanan yana da matuƙar ƙayata abinci (Food) ko abinsha (Beverage) ya sanya shi mai gansarwa ga wanda ya ci ko yasha nau'in abincin da ke ɗauke dashi. Misalin lemu ko alawa masu Flavour na kankana ko wani nau'in kayan marmari ko kayan ganyayyaki na daban.


Bugu da kari, shi wannan Flavour din yakan sanya nau'in abinci ko abinsha ya zamo tilo wajen sayarwa da kuma bunkasa tattalin arzikin kamfanin.


2. MUHIMMANCIN ƊANƊANO DA KANSHI IRIN NA FARFESUN KAJI GA LAFIYAR JIKI DA KUMA KASUWA


Shi wannan Ɗandano da kanshi na farfesun kaji yana da matuƙar taimakawa ga lafiyar jiki da kuma kasuwa.


Muhimmancin sa ga lafiya:

1. Taimakawa kwayoyin halittar jiki.

2. Taimakawa wajen narkar da abinci.

3. Maganin sanyin jiki da kumburin jiki.


Muhimmancin sa ga kasuwanci


1. Taimakawa nau'in masarrafar da ta ke samar dashi wani tilon yanayi da da kuma nau'in kayayyaki na musamman.

2. Ɗaga darajar kamfani da kayan kamfanin zuwa matakin duk duniya.

3. Mayar da kamfani shahararre wajen amfani da ɗanɗanon, misali; kamfanin Taliyar yara na "Cherie Noodles" sunyi fice wajen sanya abincin su ya zama mai ɗanɗano da kanshi irin na farfesun kaji.


3. YADDA AKE SAMAR DA WANNAN ƊANƊANO


Daga cikin dangi na masana kimiyya da fasahar abinci (FST) musamman masana kimiyya hada sinadarai na abinci (Food chemist) su sukai kware da shuhura wajen samar da dukkan wani nau'in ɗanɗano, misali, Watermelon Flavour, Banana Flavour, Orange Flavour da kuma sauran mabanbantan ɗanɗano wanda duk samar dasu ake. Yayi da mutum ke ci ko sha sai yaji tamkar abin ne a ciki ko shi yake ci.


Domin samar da irin wannan Ɗandano da kanshi na farfesun kaji dole ne a hada duk wasu kayan yaji (spices) da kuma kayan zaƙin miya. Dss


Kayan hadi (Ingredients):

1. Manya-manyan Albasa guda (2)

2. Kwanson tafarnuwa guda (4)

3. Garin Citta.

4. Attaruhu.

5. Babban Cokali daya (1) na garin bishiyar "Thyme".

6. Babban Cokali daya (1) na garin bishiyar "Nutmeg".

7. Babban Cokali daya (1) na garin. Kori (Curry)

8. Babban Cokali daya (1) na gishiri.

9. Rabin babban Cokali na bakin Taruhu (Black pepper).


Umarni haɗawa (Instruction)

 ....


4. AMFANUKAN ƊANƊANO DA KANSHI IRIN NA FARFESUN KAJI


Wannan nau'in ɗanɗano da kanshi ya zamto abu mai sirrin da mamakin gaske domin akan yi amfani dashi a cikin abubuwa masu yawan gaske wanda ya haɗa da: 

1. Miya (Soup) 

2. Dafaffen abinci dan masarrafa (Noodles) kamar: Taliyar 'yan yara.

3. Sauces da Dips (Sauces and Dips), Dss. 


Daga karshe, sanin kowa ne musamman masana kimiyya da fasahar abinci (FST) sun tabbatar da ce  Flavour na da matuƙar Muhimmancin ga lafiya da kuma kasuwa sakomakon yadda aikin su ya nuna. Yayin da ɗanɗano, kanshi da yanayi ya zamo na musamman toh ko shakka babu abinda aka samar shima zai zamo na musamman. Misali; madarar Yoghurt  da Fura masu Flavour a ciki sunfi farin jini da kasuwa samada marasa flavour.
