ME AKE NUFI DA DIET?
Masana da Masu bincike mabanbanta sunyi bayani dangane da me DIET yake nufi, kaɗan daga abinda suka ce;
1. "Idan aka ce Diet kawai ka/ki ɗauka ana nufin duk wani nau'in abinci (Food) ko abinsha (Drink) wanda wani mutum ko wasu al'umma suka keɓanta da ci"
2. "Idan ka nutsu tsam zakaga DIET shi ne tamkar hanyar samun makamashin ga jiki. Kamar Mota ce tana bukatar makamashi (Fuel) domin tayi aiki cikin kwanciyar hankali. Haka jikin ka na bukatar abincin dayadace dashi domin rayuwa cikin koshin lafiya. Cin abinci ko abinsha mai kyau yana taimakawa jiki wajen wadatuwa da kuzari, yaƙar cuta da kuma kaifin kwakwalwa".
ME NE NE BALANCED DIET? AMFANIN SA GA LAFIYA
Balanced Diet shi ne haɗa dukkan wasu abubuwa masu muhimmanci ga lafiya acikin abinci guri guda. Wannan haɗin ya haɗa da Sinadari Mai bada Ƙarfi a jiki (Carbohydrate), Sinadari mai gina jiki (Protein), Sinadari me ɗauke da Mai (Fat), Sinadarin Bitamin (Vitamin) da Sanadarin Minerals.
Idan muka yi duba da abin da wasu hukumomi suke ce dan gane da Balanced Diet, kamar FOOD PLATE POTION sunce "Duk abinci bai zai daidaita ba wato Balanced Diet har sai ya ciki waɗannan sharuɗan dole ya sai ya ƙunshi;
1. Kayan Marmari da Ganyayyaki (Fruits and Vegetables), Misali; Tumatir, Salak, Albasa, Kokonba, kabeji, Dss. Ya zamo kaso biyu bisa hudu (2/4)
2. Hatsi (Grains), Misali; Shinkafa, Wake, Gero, Dss. Ya zamo kaso daya bisa hudu (1/4).
3. Kayayyaki Masu gina jiki (Protein), Misali; Kwai, Kifi ko Nama, Dss. ya zamo kaso daya bisa hudu (1/4).
4. Mai (Fat), Misali; Mai Dss
5. Dairy; kamar, Madara shi wannan zabi ne.
Amfanin Dai-daita Abinci (Balanced Diet)
1. Yana ɗauke da dukkan sinadarai masu muhimmanci da jikin mu ke bukata.
2. Yana kara karfin kuzari a jiki.
3. Yana zamowa rigakafin kamuwa da cuta a jiki.
4. Na taimakawa jiki da barin yin mummunar kiba.
5. Yana taimakawa lafiyar kwakwalwa da yin tunanin mai kyau .
6. Yana magance barazanar kamuwa da mummunar cuta.
8. Ga mai bukatar gyaruwar fata ko yalalowar Gashi da Farce to ya daidaita Abincin sa.
9. Yana sanya mutum ya ringa bacci mai inganci.
ME NE NE THERAPEUTIC DIET? AMFANIN SA GA LAFIYA.
Therapeutic Abinci ne kuma magani ne. A wasu lokutan jiki na bukatar wani nau'in abinci ko sinadari domin jin dai-dai ko samu saukin wani yanayi a jiki.
Therapeutic diet tsarin abinci ne wanda yake sarrafa ci ko kauce wa cin wani nau'in abinci ko sinadari wanda likita ke umartar aiwatar dashi shi kuma masanin akan yadda ake dai-dai ci (Dietitian) sai ya Tsara shi.
Therapeutic diet Yana taimakawa wajen;
1. Samun sauki yayin rashin lafiya.
2. Gaggawar samun lafiya bayan yiwa mutum aiki (surgery).
3. Kasance mutum mai lafiya da yalwar ta a jiki.
Kadan daga cikin mutanen da ake iya shirya Therapeutic Diet;
1. Mai fama da ciwon siga (Diabetes): ana lura wajen tsara masa nau'in abinci wanda babu siga a ciki da kuma karanta masa cin sinadarin Carbohydrate.
2. Renal Diet: ga masu fama da cutar koda zasu guji cin abinci dake ɗauke da sinadari mai gina jiki (protein), sinadarin phosphorus da sinadarin Potassium.
3. Cardiac Diet: masu cutar da ta shafi zuciya zasu kara akan yadda suke ci na kayan Marmari da Ganyayyaki, Hatsi da kuma protein da zai taimaka lafiyar zuciya.

AMFANIN THERAPEUTIC DIET
1. Magance cutar da ta ke damun jiki.
2. Yana taimakawa wajen cire duk wani rudani na ta'azzarar cuta.
3. Bawa jiki abinda ya rasa na Sinadarin dake bukatuwa zuwa shi.
4. Yana taimakawa lafiya jiki baki daya.
5. Yana magance alamar cutar da ta bayyana. Misali; gyaruwar Fata ga mutanen dake fama da cutar Dajin Fata.

Daga ƙarshe, babban abinda zamu kara lura dashi shi ne mu guji cika cin mu da abinci ko cin abinci mai nauyi da daddare da cin abinci barkatai fa ce da ana jin bukatar sa ba, cin duk wani abu da ya fito a lokacin sa, misali yanzu akwai; Ɗata, Rake, Yalon Bello, Makani Dss duk ga mutum da likita bai hana su cin nau'in Sinadaran da suke dauke dashi ba, babba abu kuma mu kula da ruwan shan mu domin ruwa rayuwa ne, Ɗandanon sa, Ƙanshin sa da Launin sa.
