ME CE CE KANKANA (WATERMELON)?
Kankana abace mai girma, mai siffa ta kusa da zagaye (Spherical shape), Mai launin Kore (Green) a ta waje, Mai launin Ja ko Ja mai haske (Red or pink flesh) a ta ciki sannan mai ɗanɗano mai Zaƙi (Sweety taste). Ta zamo daya da cikin dangin kayan lambu wa'yanda ake kira da sunan "Cucurbitaceae Family" su ne kamar: Kankana (watermelon), Kokonba (cucumber), da Kabewa (Pumpkin). Wa'yannan sun zamo nau'in kayan lambun dake ɗauke da kaso mafi yawa na ruwa a ciki su, sannan masu kanshi da ɗanɗano mai jan hankali (Captivating flavour).
MUHIMMANCIN KANKANA GA LAFIYA
Kankana na da matuƙar Muhimmancin ga lafiya tun daga kasancewar ta nau'in kayan marmari (fruit) mai ɗauke da kaso 92% na ruwa a cikin ta. Kankana nada muhimmanci ga lafiya kamar;-
1. Yayin da aka sha Kankana tana taimakawa jiki wajen magance ce Ƙishirwa/Ƙishi (Dehydration) da ake ji. Sannan ta karawa jiki kuzari musamman lokacin Zafi ko wani aikin karfi.
2. Duk lokacin da aka sha Kankana na taimakawa lafiyar zuciya (Heart) sabo da tana ɗauke da sinadarin "Citrulline" mai taimakawa gudanar jini sannan ya daidaita gudanar jinin musamman ga mutane dake fama da cutar ciwon Sukari (Deabites).
3. Yayin da aka sha Kankana akan yawaita fitsari sabo da ruwan da take ɗauke da shi mai yawa, Wannan yin fitsari na taimakawa wajen wanko tsukwankwanin dake cikin ƙoda (Kidney Stones) Sannan ya rage barazanar kamuwa da ciwon koda.
4. Kankana ta taimakawa lafiyar Fata (Skin) sabo da yawaitar Sinadarin Vitamin C da take ɗauke da shi. Wasu mutanen kusan shafe ruwan ta a fatar su ta jiki domin gyaran fata.
5. Kankana na taimakawa da kiyaye kwayar halittar ga barin Lalacewa.
6. Kankana na karfin gani (vision) ga Idanun (Eyes) bil'adama.
8. Kankana ta maganin cututtukan da dama harda cutar kumburin jiki.
SINADARAN DA KANKANA KE ƊAUKE DASU MASU AMFANI GA LAFIYA
Kankana na ɗauke da sinadarai masu muhimmanci ga lafiya kamar haka:-
1. Sinadaran Vitamin:
* Sinadarin Vitamin C: Sinadari mai matukar muhimmanci wanda ke taimakawa wajen Rigakafi, taimakawa lafiyar Fata da magance ciwo.
* Sinadarin Vitamin A: Wannan sinadari na Vitamin A dake cikin Kankana yana kara karfin gani, Lafiyar Fata da taimakawa wajen girman kwayar halitta.
* Sinadarin Vitamin B6: Musamman domin kuzari da taimakawa aikin ƙwaƙwalwa.
2. Sinadaran Mineral:
* Potassium: Sinadari Mai taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen taimakawa gudanar jini, aiyikan tsoka, da kuma aiyikan jijiyoyin jini.
* Magnesium: Shi ma wannan Sinadari na taimakawa aikin jijiyoyin jini da daidaita gudanar jinin musamman sassaita sigan jini (Blood sugar).
Duka-duka, Kankana dai ta zamo nau'in kayan marmari masu ɗauke da sinadarai masu muhimmanci ga lafiya. Kasancewar ta Uwar Ruwa ne ya bata damar yin maganin ƙishirwa. Idan muka duba da magabata da kwarai sukan sha Kankana a duk lokacin da suke jin tsananin bukatar ruwa sabo da ruwan da take ɗauke dashi da kuma Sinadarai masu amfani ga lafiya. Hakazalika yana da muhimmanci da a tauna kankanar har kwallayen ta (seeds) sabo da suma suna da muhimmanci musamman ga lafiyar koda.
